Yahoo DSP Setup Guide Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Yahoo DSP to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Yahoo DSP to Fivetran, you need:
- A Yahoo DSP account
- A Seat and Advertiser under the Yahoo DSP account
Setup instructions
Fill out your credentials
In your connector setup form, enter your chosen destination schema name.
Input your "Client Id" and "Client Secret". Read Yahoo's documentation to learn how to get your Client id and Client Secret.
Click Validate
Specify accounts
Choose the sync mode you want to use: Sync All Seats or Sync Specific Seats. If you choose Sync Specific Seats, select the seats you'd like to sync.
Choose the sync mode you want to use: Sync All Advertisers or Sync Specific Advertisers. If you choose Sync Specific Advertisers, select the advertisers you'd like to sync.
NOTE: If you select Sync Specific Seats, an advertiser list will only incorporate advertisers belonging to the selected seats.
Configure reports
Click Add report if you want to sync some report data.
IMPORTANT: Adding reports may increase your sync time.
Fivetran has a set of built-in reports. See our ERD schema for more information about the fields that are included in each report.
You can customize your own report along with your requirements.
- Yahoo DSP limits the maximum number of records allowed to be fetched.
- We don't recommend adding more than 5 dimensions.
Select how many months' worth of reporting data you'd like to include in your initial sync. This setting will be applied to all the reports you configured.
Save and test
- Click Save and Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Yahoo DSP data
