Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the CONVERSATION
, CONVERSATION_ACTIVITY_LOG
, CONVERSATION_INTERNAL_NOTE
, and CONVERSATION_MESSAGE
tables and their child tables.
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the remaining tables during every sync.
