Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the CONVERSATION, CONVERSATION_ACTIVITY_LOG, CONVERSATION_INTERNAL_NOTE, and CONVERSATION_MESSAGE tables and their child tables.
To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the remaining tables during every sync.
