We don't sync TWITTER_*
tables to your destination if you can't access Twitter data in Sprout.
To access Twitter data in Sprout, Twitter must approve your use case, and you must accept Sprout's Analytics API X Content End User License Agreement. See Sprout's X Data documentation for more information.
