Supported deployment models
We support the SaaS and Hybrid deployment models for the connector.
You must have an Enterprise or Business Critical plan to use the Hybrid Deployment model.

Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:

To capture updates and deletes, we re-import the following tables in every sync:

We also re-import the INVOICE table once a week to capture updates.

This schema applies to all Flexport connectors.
Flexport API limitation
Flexport imposes a limit of 10 requests per day. To avoid exceeding this limit and causing the connector to fail, set the connector sync frequency to more than 2 hours and 24 minutes.
