Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:

We re-import the all other tables and their child tables during every sync to capture updates and deletes.

Limitations
We populate data into the EMBED_EPISODE table only if all the episodes of a podcast are published. This is because Simplecast API's Embed Episode endpoint returns data only if all the episodes related to a specific podcast are published.
