Supported deployment models
We support the SaaS and Hybrid deployment models for the connector.
You must have an Enterprise or Business Critical plan to use the Hybrid Deployment model.

Sync overview
To capture new records and updates, we incrementally sync the following tables:
EVENTSESSIONSESSION_PEOPLE
To capture new records, updates, and deletes, we re-import the remaining tables during every sync.
Sync note
Livestorm enforces a default API rate limit of 10,000 API calls per month. To reduce API usage, Fivetran excludes the following tables from sync by default:
SESSION_CHAT_MESSAGESESSION_QUESTIONSESSION_RECORDINGUSERS
Important suggestion: Please keep your sync frequency at 24 hrs to help avoid rate limit issues and reduce the likelihood of API throttling.
To sync these tables, select them manually on the Schema tab of the connection details page.
If your Livestorm workspace has a large number of events, sessions, or attendees to sync, and you need a higher API limit, contact Livestorm Support.
