Sync overview
We sync updates to the following tables based on the date_modified parameter currently set to Date, not DateTime.
CHANNELCUSTOMERORDERSPRICE_LISTPRODUCTSUBSCRIBER
This means we only sync data for the specific date indicated by BigCommerce. Since BigCommerce might generate data at the start or end of a day, there could be a slight delay in receiving updates, even with frequent syncs.
NOTE: Fivetran skips the
PAYMENT_METHODtable if the required API scope is unavailable. If you obtain the necessary scope after completing the historical sync, you can contact Fivetran Support or manually initiate a re-sync. In this case, Fivetran re-syncs only theORDERStable to retrieve payment data for all orders.
Syncing empty tables and columns
Fivetran can sync empty tables and columns for your BigCommerce connector.
We create a table in the destination even if we can't retrieve the source table data from BigCommerce. For more information, see our Features documentation.
