BigCommerce Setup Guide

Follow our setup guide to connect BigCommerce to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect BigCommerce to Fivetran, you need a BigCommerce account with Administrator privileges.

Log in to your BigCommerce account.
Go to Advanced Settings > API Accounts.
Click Create API Account.
Enter a name for the API account.
Make a note of the API Path and store hash. You will need the store hash to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: If the API path is https://api.bigcommerce.com/stores/123456/, the store hash is 123456.
In the OAuth Scopes section, select the scopes.
Click Save.
Make a note of the access token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Store Hash you found in Step 1.
Enter the Access Token you created in Step 1.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your BigCommerce data.
