Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:
CALL
CONTACT
NUMBERS
USERS
To capture updates and deletes, we do the following:
- We re-import the
NUMBERS
table and its child tables once a week. - We use webhooks for the
CALL
,CONTACT
, andUSERS
tables and their child tables. We register a webhook,fivetran webhook
, in your Aircall account to receive the webhook events for these tables.

Limitations
The Aircall API provides only the last 3 months' worth of data for the Call endpoint. Due to this, during the initial sync, we only sync the last 3 months' worth of data for the CALL
table. If you want to sync older historical data for this table, contact Aircall's support team.
