Setup guide
Follow our step-by-step Aircall setup guide to connect Aircall with your destination using Fivetran connectors.
Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:
CALLCONTACTNUMBERSUSERS
To capture updates and deletes, we do the following:
- We re-import the
NUMBERStable and its child tables once a week. - We use webhooks for the
CONTACTandUSERStables and their child tables. We register a webhook, fivetran webhook, in your Aircall account to receive the webhook events for these tables.
Schema information
This schema applies to all Aircall connections.

Limitations
- The Aircall API provides only the last 3 months' worth of data for the Call endpoint. Due to this, during the initial sync, we only sync the last 3 months' worth of data for the
CALLtable. If you want to sync older historical data for this table, contact Aircall's support team. - Due to Aircall API limitations, we can only sync data created after the sync is initiated for the
MESSAGEtable. Historical backfill is not supported.
