Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the following tables and their child tables:

We also re-import these tables and their child tables once a week to capture updates and deletes.
We re-import the USERS table during every sync.

Limitations
Bigin by Zoho CRM imposes the following API rate limits on its pricing plans:
- Free edition: 5,000 API credits per day
- Express, Zoho One, and Premier editions: 100,000 API credits per day
