Sync overview
We use Attentive webhooks to capture new records for the following tables.
CUSTOM_ATTRIBUTEEMAIL_MESSAGE_LINK_CLICKEMAIL_OPENEDEMAIL_SENTSMS_EMAIL_SUBSCRIBEDSMS_EMAIL_UNSUBSCRIBEDSMS_INBOUNDSMS_MESSAGE_LINK_CLICKSMS_SENT
Our Attentive connector registers a webhook named fivetran webhook in your Attentive account to receive the webhook events.
The message_link_click_message_id column, encoded in the SMS_MESSAGE_LINK_CLICK and EMAIL_MESSAGE_LINK_CLICK tables, corresponds to the message_id column in the SMS_SENT and EMAIL_SENT tables when decoded. The decoded message_id column can be used to track user-clicked links.
