Supported deployment models
We support the SaaS and Hybrid deployment models for the connector.
NOTE: You must have an Enterprise or Business Critical plan to use the Hybrid Deployment model.

Sync overview
To capture new records, we incrementally sync the CONVERSATION and CONVERSATION_MESSAGE tables and their child tables.
To capture updates and deletes, we also re-import the remaining tables and their child tables during every sync.
Schema information
This schema applies to all Drift connectors.
Limitations
We do not support Webhooks events.
Drift API access scopes
Fivetran requires the following access scopes for Drift API to fetch data:
- contact_read
- all_contact_read
- conversation_read
- account_read
- playbook_read
- user_read
NOTE: When you authorize the connector during the setup, these scopes are automatically granted.
