In the setup form, you can set a limit on the historical data you want to sync during historical syncs and initial syncs. This limit applies to the following tables:

Limitations
Pendo does not have a public API endpoint to retrieve user accounts. For the USERS table, we can only retrieve users who are assigned or have created events on Pendo. We can't sync all the users listed on the dashboard.
