Simplecast Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Simplecast to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Simplecast to Fivetran, you need a Simplecast account with API access.

NOTE: Contact Simplecast's support team for API access.

Log in to your Simplecast account.
In the top right corner, click the profile icon and then click the settings (gear) icon next to your username.
On the navigation menu, click Private Apps.
Find your API token and make a note of the API token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter the API token you found in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Simplecast data.
