Error: HTTP 406 Not Acceptable

Issue

The Workday RaaS connector is failing to sync the Workday report with the following error:

NotAcceptableException: HTTP 406 Not Acceptable

Environment

Connector: Workday RaaS

Resolution

To resolve this error, ensure that the report size does not exceed 2 GB.

Cause

We are not permitted to sync reports greater than 2 GB. For more information, see our sync strategy.
