How Can I Sync Salesforce Picklist Labels in a Specific Language?

How does Fivetran determine the language for picklist labels in the FIVETRAN_PICKLIST_FIELD_VALUE table? Can I sync them in a specific language?

Answer

Fivetran syncs FIVETRAN_PICKLIST_FIELD_VALUE table values in the language configured for the Salesforce user who authenticated the connection. To sync labels in another language, ask that user to update their Salesforce language settings. For instructions, see the Salesforce Edit Your Language and Locale Settings documentation.

After the user updates the language, we update the FIVETRAN_PICKLIST_FIELD_VALUE values during the next scheduled sync. A manual sync may not update them immediately.
