Why are some ServiceNow source columns missing from the destination?

Fivetran only syncs columns that appear in the ServiceNow Dictionary Entry (sys_dictionary) table, also known as the system dictionary. We use the element field from ServiceNow API responses to identify each table's columns.
If a column isn't registered in the sys_dictionary table, we can't detect or sync it. This may affect custom fields or fields added outside the standard ServiceNow configuration. If an expected column is missing from your destination, contact our support team. Include the name of the missing column and the ServiceNow table it belongs to.
