Sana Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Sana to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Sana to Fivetran, you need:

a Sana account
a Sana subdomain. For example, if your account URL is https://fivetran.sana.ai/api, then your subdomain will be fivetran.

Log in to your Sana account.
Go to Manage > Settings > API settings.
Click Add Client.
Enter the client Name and Description.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter your Sana Subdomain.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret you created.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Sana account.
