Missing Page Visit Conversion Data

Issue

page_visit data is missing from Custom report tables in the destination, but relevant data is available in Reddit Ads.

Environment

Resolution

To sync page_visit data:

1. In Fivetran, go to your Reddit Ads connection page.
2. Select the Setup tab.
3. Click Edit connection.
4. Locate your existing report and click Edit, or click + Add report to add a new one.

5. Set the Include event conversions data toggle to ON.
6. (Optional) An Events drop-down appears. Select page_visits and any other events you want to include.
   • If you don't select any events, all available event fields are included in the report.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Save & Test.
9. Return to the Setup page and click Re-sync all historical data.
10. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Re-sync Connection.

After the re-sync completes, page_visit data appears in your destination in a conversions report table named: <REPORT_NAME>_CONVERSIONS_REPORT

Cause

page_visit data is an event-level conversion. By default, we do not include event conversions in your Reddit Ads Custom reports.
