Helpjuice Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Helpjuice to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Helpjuice to Fivetran, you need:
- a Helpjuice account with an API key
- your Helpjuice account name
- For more information about retrieving your API key, see Helpjuice documentation.
- You can find your Helpjuice account name in your Helpjuice URL. For example, if the URL is
https://fivetran.helpjuice.com/api/v3
, then your account name isfivetran
.
Setup instructions
- In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter your Helpjuice Account name and API key.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Helpjuice data.
