GetFeedback Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect GetFeedback to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect GetFeedback to Fivetran, you need a GetFeedback account with API access.

Log in to your GetFeedback account.
Select Settings in the bottom left corner, and then select Edit under API Access.
Click Generate Token.
Make a note of the Access token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Find your GetFeedback account's region in your GetFeedback URL and make a note of it.

If your GetFeedback URL is https://api.getfeedback.com, then your region is Non-EU
If your GetFeedback URL is https://api.eu.getfeedback.com, then your region is EU

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Access token you found in Step 1.
Select the Region you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your GetFeedback data.
