Freshsuccess Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Freshsuccess to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Freshsuccess to Fivetran, you need a Freshsuccess account.
Setup instructions
Get API key
Log in to your Freshsuccess account.
Go to the Settings section. Click IT Administration.
In the Source Overview section, make a note of your Account API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Find subdomain
Find your account's subdomain in your Freshsuccess URL.
For example, if your Freshsuccess URL is https<nolink>://api-us.freshsuccess.com/api/v2
, then your subdomain is us
.
Make a note of the account's subdomain. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
In the API field, enter
api
.Enter the API key you found in Step 1.
Enter the Subdomain you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Freshsuccess data.
