How can I sync the submit_application_website and submit_application_total event types?

We get submit_application conversions data through the cost_per_conversion field. See Facebook's Ad Insights documentation for more information.

To sync submit_application_website and submit_application_total event types, you must create a custom report containing the cost_per_conversion and action_values fields as well as the action_type action breakdown. See Facebook's Ad Action Stats documentation for more information.
