Concord Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Concord to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Concord to Fivetran, you need a Concord account with API access.

NOTE: Contact Concord's support team for API access.

Find the environment in your Concord site URL and make a note of it. For example,

If your Concord site URL is https://uat.concordnow.com/api/rest/1/, then your evironmet is Sandbox.
If your Concord site URL is https://api.concordnow.com/api/rest/1/, then your evironmet is Production.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice .
Select the Environment you found in Step 1.
Enter the API key you generated in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Concord data.
