Zonka Feedback Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Zonka Feedback to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Zonka Feedback to Fivetran, you need a Zonka Feedback account.

Find data center ID

1. Log in to your Zonka Feedback account.
2. In the navigation menu, click Settings (gear icon).
3. Select Developers > API & Data Center.
4. Make a note of the Data Center. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Generate auth token

1. In the API & Data Center page, click Generate Token.
2. Make a note of the Auth Token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Select the Data center ID you found.
3. Enter the Auth token you generated.
4. (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
5. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Zonka Feedback data.
