Transcend Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Transcend to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Transcend to Fivetran, you need a Transcend account.

Log in to your Transcend account.
On the navigation menu, go to Infrastructure > API Keys.
Click the plus icon.
In the Title field, enter a name for the API key.
Select the Scopes you want to assign to the API key. For more information about scopes, see Transcend's documentation.
Click Create API Key.
Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your Destination schema name.
Enter the API Key you created in Step 1.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Transcend data.
