Skimlinks Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Skimlinks to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Skimlinks to Fivetran, you need a Skimlinks account with API access.

NOTE: Contact Skimlinks support for API access.

Log in to your Skimlinks Publisher Hub.
On the navigation menu, click Toolbox.
Navigate to the sidebar under APIs, and select API Authentication credentials.
Make a note of your Client ID, Client Secret, and Publisher ID. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Publisher ID you [found(#findapicredentials)].
In the Historical Sync Time Frame drop-down menu, select the range of historical data you want to include in your initial sync.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Skimlinks data.
