The GIFT_CARD and USER Tables Are Excluded From the Sync

Issue

The GIFT_CARD and USER tables are excluded from the sync. The following errors appear:

• Excluding table GIFT_CARDS due to error: HTTP 403 Forbidden

• Excluding table USERS due to error: HTTP 404 Not Found
