September 2026

We have added a new drop-down, Region, to the connection setup form. You can now select either US or EU, depending on the region where your Pylon Support Platform account resides.

August 2026

We have updated our sync strategy and now incrementally sync the ISSUE table. Previously, we re-imported this table weekly.

Effective August 25, 2026 we use a new August 2026 schema. Review the latest ERD to better understand the schema changes.

We are updating the connector schema to support a feature enhancement. Be sure to re-sync the new tables and columns to backfill historical data.
