Pylon Support Platform Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Pylon Support Platform to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Pylon Support Platform to Fivetran, you need an active Pylon Support Platform account.
Setup instructions
Generate API token
Log in to your Pylon Support Platform account.
You can generate the API token in the dashboard.
Make a note of the API token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
NOTE: If you encounter difficulties finding the API token, contact Pylon Support Platform's support team.
Find webhook URL
Find the automatically-generated URL in the connector setup form and make a note of it. You will need it to register the webhook URL in Pylon Support Platform.
Register webhook URL
- Log in to your Pylon Support Platform dashboard.
- Go to Settings page and click Webhooks.
- Click on Create Webhook , do the following:
- Enter the name for The webhook.
- Enter the webhook URL that you found.
- Add custom headers if needed.
- Click Create.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
- Enter the API token that you generated.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your data from your Pylon Support Platform account.
