Maxio SaaSOptics Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect Maxio SaaSOptics to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect Maxio SaaSOptics to Fivetran, you need a Maxio SaaSOptics account with the following:
- API access
- Administrator privileges
NOTE: Contact Maxio's support team for API access.
Setup instructions
Find subdomain and account name
Find your Maxio SaaSOptics subdomain and account name in your personalized login link. For example, if your Maxio SaaSOptics login link is https://fivetran.saasoptics.com/fivatran_account/profile
, then your subdomain is fivetran
and your account name is fivatran_account
.

Create API token
- Log in to your Maxio SaaSOptics account using your personalized link.
- On the navigation menu, click Admin.
- In the Settings section, click API Tokens.
- Enter a name for your API token and click Create API Token.
- Make a note of the API token. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Subdomain and Account name you found in Step 1.
- Enter the API token you created in Step 2.
- (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Maxio SaaSOptics data.
