Khoros Care Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Khoros Care to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Khoros Care to Fivetran, you need a Khoros Care account.

Log in to your Khoros Care account.
In your Account Admin settings, find your account's Analytics API URL with your region.
For example, if your region is EMEA/APAC, your Analytics API URL is analytics-api-emea.lithium.com.
If your region is US, your Analytics API URL is analytics-api.app.lithium.com.
Make a note of the Analytics API URL. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In your Khoros Care account, go to Account Admin > General Settings > Analytics API Settings.
Make a note of the company key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter your chosen Destination schema name.
Enter your Khoros Care Username and Password.
Enter the Analytics API URL you found in Step 1.
Enter the Company Key you found in Step 2.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Khoros Care data.
