Why are some user records missing from the USER
table in my destination?
Environment
Connector: Jira
Answer
We only sync users to the USER
table if they're associated with the issues or projects we've synced and meet any of the following conditions:
- The user is the lead of a project.
- The user has reported an issue.
- The user has created an issue.
- An issue has been assigned to the user.
