User ID Inconsistencies in the Destination

Issue

Some users in the destination contain a userID value JIRAUSERXXXX instead of username in the USER table.

Resolution

Check the Jira version used in your organization. If the Jira version is earlier than v8.2, contact our support team.

Cause
