The SPRINT Table Is Missing Recent Updates

Issue

The SPRINT table doesn't reflect recent updates made to a sprint.

Environment

Connector: Jira

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. In Fivetran, go to your Jira connection page.
2. Select the Schema tab.
3. Select the checkbox next to the SPRINT_BOARD table.
4. Click Save changes.

Cause

We use each issue's updated timestamp to detect changes to linked sprints. However, when you only update a sprint, Jira doesn't update the linked issue's timestamp, so we may miss the change. When you include the SPRINT_BOARD table in your connection schema, we sync sprint data independently of issue activity and capture those changes.
