Issues Are Missing From the ISSUE Table

Issue

A Jira issue appears in the Jira UI but is missing from the ISSUE table in the destination.

Environment

Connector: Jira

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. In Jira, pin the updated field to the issue. For instructions, see the Jira documentation on pinning a field to the top of a work item.
2. In Fivetran, trigger a historical re-sync for the connection. For more information, see How to Trigger Historical Re-Syncs for Fivetran Connections.

Cause

This issue occurs when the Jira API doesn't return a value for an issue's updated field, causing us to skip the record during a sync.
