Jama Software Setup Guide Lite Private Preview

Follow our setup guide to connect Jama Software to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect Jama Software to Fivetran, you need a Jama Software account with API access.

Setup instructions

Create API credentials

Log in to your Jama Software account.
In the top right corner of the page, click your name and select My Profile.
In the My Details tab, select Set API Credentials.
Enter a Name for your API request.
Click Create API Credentials.
Make a note of the Client ID and Client Secret. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

Find subdomain

Find your subdomain in your Jama Software URL and make a note of it. For example, if your Jama Software URL is https://abc.jamacloud.com/, then your subdomain is abc.jamacloud.com.

Finish Fivetran configuration

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Client ID and Client secret you created.
Enter the Subdomain you found.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Jama Software data.
