HighLevel Setup Guide Lite
Follow our setup guide to connect HighLevel to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect HighLevel to Fivetran, you need:
- a HighLevel account with agency admin or owner privileges
- a custom app on HighLevel Marketplace
- a subdomain
- a location ID
- Client ID and Client secret
Contact HighLevel support team to generate your credentials.
Setup instructions
In the connection setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
In the Subdomain field, select the subdomain based on your HighLevel URL:
- If your URL is
https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/, select Standard. - If your URL is
https://marketplace.leadconnectorhq.com/, select White-labeled.
- If your URL is
Enter your Location IDs.
- You can find the location ID from the URL of your account details page. For example, if your HighLevel account URL is
https://app.gohighlevel.com/accounts/details/fivetran, then your location ID isfivetran. - You can enter multiple location IDs as comma-separated values. However, you cannot modify your location IDs once you set up the connection.

Enter your HighLevel Client ID and Client secret.
Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your HighLevel account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your HighLevel account to authorize Fivetran's access.
Log in to your HighLevel account and select the sub-account. Once you have finished, you will be redirected back to Fivetran.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected for the connection. To assign a different agent, click Replace agent, select the agent you want to use, and click Use Agent.
Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your HighLevel data.
