Error: Cannot Select More Than One Partner to Report On
Issue
While setting up a connector and creating a new REACH
report, the following error appears:
Unable to validate report fields - cannot select more than one Partner to report on.
Environment
- Connector: Google Display & Video 360

Resolution
To resolve this issue, determine whether you want to include data for all partners or specific partners in your report, then see the scenarios below.
Sync data for all partners
- In Fivetran, go to your Google Display & Video 360 connector page.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Click Edit connection.
- In the Partner field, ensure no values are selected.
- Click Save & Test.
Sync data for only one partner
- In Fivetran, go to your Google Display & Video 360 connector page.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Click Edit connection.
- In the Partner field, select only the applicable partner account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save & Test.
Sync data for multiple partners
To sync multiple partner accounts, you must add a new Google Display & Video 360 connector for each account, specifying only one partner account in each connector's setup form.
Cause
Google's API restricts REACH
report queries to either a single partner account or all partner accounts. Querying multiple specific partner accounts is not supported. As a result, this issue occurs when you select multiple partner accounts in the Partner field's drop-down menu.
