Google Display & Video 360 Data Is Missing From the Destination
Issue
When syncing data using a Google Campaign Manager 360 connection, some Google Display & Video 360 data is missing from the destination.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, check the DV360 account linking and user permissions:
- Confirm that the CM360 advertiser is associated with the correct DV360 advertiser in Google Marketing Platform.
- Ensure the authenticated user or service account has access to the relevant DV360 partner and advertiser and can view reporting and cost data.
After you correct the permissions, DV360 dimensions and metrics are available in CM360 reports and sync to your destination through the Google Campaign Manager 360 connection. For more information, see the Google documentation on viewing DV360 data in Campaign Manager 360.
Cause
This issue occurs when the authenticated user or service account doesn't have sufficient permissions in Google Display & Video 360.
Google controls which DV360 dimensions and metrics are available in Campaign Manager 360 reports. If the required DV360 access is missing, CM360 doesn't return DV360 dimensions and metrics through its Reporting API, so we can't sync that data.
