Follow our setup guide to connect Docebo to Fivetran.

To connect Docebo to Fivetran, you need a Docebo account.

Create Client ID and Client Secretlink
Log in to your Docebo account.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the page, and then go to the Admin Menu.
In the Admin Menu, go to the API and SSO section, and then click Manage.
Go to the SSO tab, and then select the Enable SSO with a third party software through a token checkbox.
In the SSO secret for the token hash field, enter a unique secret (for example, !"nmenkub83!"), and then click SAVE CHANGES.
Go to the API Credentials tab, and then click Add OAuth2 App.
NOTE: If you do not see the API Credentials tab, contact Docebo's support team.
Enter a name and description for the new app,
(Optional) Upload an icon to represent the app.
Enter a Client ID for your app and make a note of the value you enter. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
Make a note of the automatically-generated Client Secret. You will need it to configure Fivetran.
In the Redirect URL field, enter
https://fivetran.com/integrations/docebo/oauth2/return

Find subdomain name link
Log in to your Docebo account.
On the Admin Menu, click Advance Settings.
On the Main Functions menu, click PENS.
Find your account's subdomain in your target system URL and make a note of it. For example, if your target system URL is
https://fivetran.docebosaas.com/pens
, then your subdomain isfivetran
.
Finish Fivetran configuration link
- In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
- Enter the Client ID and Client Secret you found in Step 1.
- Enter the Subdomain name you found in Step 2.
- Click Authorize to allow Fivetran to access your Docebo account using OAuth. You will be redirected to your Docebo account.
- Log in to your Docebo account. You will be redirected back to Fivetran.
- Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your Docebo data.
