We have added the CART_SHIPPING_ADDRESS and ORDER_SHIPPING_ADDRESS tables.

We have added new columns to the CART table by flattening the billing_address fields.

We have added new columns to the ORDERS table by flattening the billing_address fields along with customer details columns for guest customers.

We are gradually rolling out these changes to all existing connections.
