15Five Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect 15Five to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect 15Five to Fivetran, you need a 15Five account with API access.

NOTE: Contact 15Five's support team for API access.

Setup instructions

Create API key

1. Log in to your 15Five account.
2. In the top right corner, click the settings (gear) icon.
3. In the drop-down menu, select Integrations.
4. In the Public API section, click Enable.
5. Click Create new key.
6. Enter a name for API key and click Save.
7. Make a note of the API key. You will need it to configure Fivetran.

Finish Fivetran configuration

1. In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
2. Enter the API key you created in Step 1.
3. (Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
4. Click Save & Test. Fivetran will take it from here and sync your 15Five data.
