The Trade Desk's GraphQL API requires partner-level access to retrieve partner data. If your The Trade Desk account only has advertiser-level access, the connection cannot retrieve partner data during the sync.
To resolve this issue, contact The Trade Desk to ensure your API login has partner-level access.
