Warning: Skipping Table As the Files Are Not Created in UCM

Issue

A sync is skipped. The following warning appears:

Skipping <table_name> table because we couldn't retrieve files from UCM. This is likely an intermittent issue and should resolve in subsequent syncs. If it persists, verify that the datastore is active and that the user has sufficient permissions in UCM.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Ensure you have created and assigned the necessary BICC and UCM roles correctly. For more information, see step 3 of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - CRM setup guide.
2. Ensure you have configured the external storage (UCM or OCI Object Storage) for BICC correctly. For more information, see Configure external storage for BICC.

Cause

This issue occurs if you did not create and assign the required BICC and UCM roles or did not configure external storage (UCM or OCI Object Storage) correctly in BICC.
