Issue
Tables, columns, or records are missing from the destination.
Environment
Connector: NetSuite SuiteAnalytics
Resolution
To resolve this issue, do the following:
In NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, find your Role ID and make a note of it. For more information, see the relevant setup instructions for your data source:
- NetSuite2.com: Find Data Warehouse Integrator Role ID
- NetSuite.com: Find Role ID.
In Fivetran, go to your NetSuite SuiteAnalytics connection page.
Select the Setup tab.
Click Edit connection.
Ensure the Role ID matches the ID you found in step 1.
If you've made any changes, click Save & Test.
Trigger a historical re-sync.
i. Go back to the Setup tab.
ii. Click Resync all historical data.
iii. In the confirmation pop-up window, click Re-sync Connector.
Cause
This issue occurs when the Role ID you provide while setting up your connection is incorrect, invalid, or associated with a role that doesn't have access to the missing data. To learn more, see our NetSuite SuiteAnalytics setup guide.
