Error: Missing Required Parameter or Includes an Unsupported Parameter

Issue

The connection setup tests fail with the following error:

Setup test failed with "Failure(origin=(informer=(type=connector, externalName=NetSuite connection), server=(name=NetSuite, type=SOURCE)), code=oauth2/token, message=We could not connect to NetSuite because the request either is missing a required parameter or includes an unsupported parameter.)"

Resolution

This error may occur when we are unable to establish a successful OAuth connection. The error indicates that the Consumer key or Certificate ID you provided is invalid or has expired.

Verify your NetSuite credentials and enter a valid Consumer key or Certificate ID.

Cause

The issue occurs because an OAuth connection attempt failed.
