Error: Failed to Log In Using TBA

Issue

The connector fails. The following error appears:

Environment

• Connector: NetSuite SuiteAnalytics
• Data source: NetSuite2.com

Resolution

Make sure that Token-Based Authentication is enabled.

Cause

The login credentials are incorrect or do not have access to the Netsuite API using Token Based Authentication (TBA).

Check your connector is configured according to the instructions in our NetSuite SuiteAnalytics setup guide.
