Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management system. The on-premises version is known as Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement. Fivetran connects to the underlying database to integrate your CRM data with the destination of your choice for analytics.

Setup guide

Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) is built on the SQL Server database. Instead of pulling data from the API, we pull directly from the source database, saving time and effort. To sync data from Microsoft Customer Engagement, we recommend using our SQL Server connector.
