Khoros Communities Setup Guide Lite

Follow our setup guide to connect Khoros Communities to Fivetran.

Prerequisites

To connect your Khoros Communities to Fivetran, you need:

Log in to your Khoros Communites account.
Find your community domain in your Khoros Communities account URL and make a note of it. For example, if your Khoros Communities URL is https://api.lithium.com/lsi-data/v2/data/export/community/, then your subdomain is api.lithium.com.

On the Community dashboard navigation menu, select Community Analytics.
On the top right of the page, click your username.
Make a note of the community ID, client ID, and token. You will need them to configure Fivetran.

In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Community domain you found.
Enter the Token, Client ID, and Community ID you found.
(Hybrid Deployment only) If your destination is configured for Hybrid Deployment, the Hybrid Deployment Agent associated with your destination is pre-selected in the Select an existing agent drop-down menu. To use a different agent, select the agent of your choice, and then select the same agent for your destination.
Click Save & Test.
