Khoros Communities Setup Guide Lite Private Preview
Follow our setup guide to connect Khoros Communities to Fivetran.
Prerequisites
To connect your Khoros Communities to Fivetran, you need:
- A Khoros Communities account with admin access.
- License with access to use the Bulk Data API.
Setup instructions
Find community domain
Log in to your Khoros Communites account.
Find your community domain in your Khoros Communities account URL and make a note of it. For example, if your Khoros Communities URL is
https://api.lithium.com/lsi-data/v2/data/export/community/, then your subdomain isapi.lithium.com.
Find credentials
On the Community dashboard navigation menu, select Community Analytics.
On the top right of the page, click your username.
Make a note of the community ID, client ID, and token. You will need them to configure Fivetran.
Finish Fivetran configuration
In the connector setup form, enter the Destination schema name of your choice.
Enter the Community domain you found.
Enter the Token, Client ID, and Community ID you found.
Click Save & Test.
